Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit a booking request or review form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the property address, and your message.
• Project information. If you book a shoot, we keep the property address, shoot date, the photos and media we create, and delivery and payment records for that job.
• Site usage information. Our website host, GoDaddy, collects standard analytics such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type. We use cookies as described below.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm your shoot, and deliver your photos and media.
• To send invoices and service related messages about your booking.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business (for example, our website and form host, email, and photo delivery), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for basic operation and, with your consent through the cookie banner, analytics. You can decline analytics cookies in the banner and still use the site.

Property photos

Photos and media we create of a property are delivered to the client who booked the shoot and are used by that client to market the property. We keep the copyright in the work we create, and we reserve the right to use any of it, in perpetuity, in our portfolio, on our website and social media, and in our advertising, as samples of our photography. Our Terms of Service carry the full photo use terms.
